Beyond Pricing is the leading dynamic pricing and revenue intelligence platform for short-term rental operators — trusted by Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com hosts to maximize revenue across every booking. Powering a growing suite of products including AI-driven pricing, market insights, and owner-facing reporting, Beyond Pricing operates at a scale where the website isn't just a marketing asset — it's infrastructure.
The site had grown organically across multiple teams and tools, resulting in a codebase that was fragmented, inconsistent in visual language, and difficult to maintain or extend. As the product expanded across nine international markets, the gap between what Beyond Pricing had become and what its website could actually support had become impossible to ignore.
We were brought in to handle the full Webflow development — taking a provided design direction and building it out into a structured, scalable system capable of supporting hundreds of pages across multiple locales.
We built the implementation on Lumos, a structured Webflow development framework that establishes consistent naming conventions, reusable layout primitives, and a shared system of spacing and type tokens. Starting from a design direction provided by the Beyond Pricing team, we extended and systematized it — creating a component library that could faithfully serve the full scope of the product suite without visual drift across pages or editors.
The site itself is substantial: 244 static pages alongside a full CMS architecture for the blog and case studies. Every page was developed with semantic HTML at its core — proper heading hierarchy, meaningful element structure, and clean markup that performs well for both search engines and accessibility.
The CMS build was designed around how the Beyond Pricing team actually works. Collection structures were kept logical and editor-friendly, reducing the barrier for non-technical content teams to publish and maintain pages independently. Critically, the system was built to handle nine distinct locales — each with its own content, URL structure, and CMS entries — without compromising the consistency or maintainability of the codebase.
The result is a site Beyond Pricing's team can own: scalable by structure, consistent by design, and built to grow alongside the product.
