Why we built a team, not an agency.
I built my first websites in 2013. Since then I’ve watched good marketing teams hit the same wall: the website becomes central to winning business, and nobody quite owns it. A freelancer here, an agency project there, a hiring plan that never gets approved.
Ember & Oak is my answer: a small team of senior specialists I’ve worked with for years, who join your team and stay close to the work. Small on purpose, so you always know who’s doing what.
